Merry Christmas and Happy New Years

We have been BUSY !!!!! I am sorry for my updates being late. Our schedules were booked solid from December 3rd through the 25th. I sincerely hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and we hope you have a prosperous year in 2001.

Our dear friend District Judge Bill Lott is shown at Williamson County's Christmas Party. We served over 550 plates of Roasted Beef Sirloin and Smoked Pork Loin.

Baked Turkey and Smoked Ham with all the trimmings was served at the City of Taylor's annual Christmas Party. This buffet was one of our most popular buffets catered for the holiday's.

Ambrosia Fruit Salad, Cranberry Sauce and Homebaked Bavarian Breads were also a part of our holiday buffet.

Again, I apologize for the slow updates. I am returning about 25 e-mail's per day to catch up on the back log of over 200. Our Internet access displayed over 40,000 hits to our Website in 2000 !!!!! We appreciate the interest and I will return every e-mail personally by the end of this week.
